Volker Jaeckel started with DISC in Germany in 1999, as a key account business consultant. In July 2001 he moved to the United States, two months before 9/11, and sold German cars by reading each customer's behavioral style.

Today he coaches business owners, executives and managers who have reached the point where working harder is no longer the answer. His approach is direct: get to the point, fix what matters, and measure the outcome.
