Terms of Use and SMS Terms

These terms apply to thedisccoach.com and its subdomains, operated by Coaching Formula LLC, operating as The DISC Coach ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
SMS program terms
Program name: The DISC Coach text messages, sent by Coaching Formula LLC (The DISC Coach).
What we send: two separate message types, each with its own optional consent box on our booking form at thedisccoach.com/book:
- Appointment messages: appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices.
- Marketing messages: offers, program announcements and event invitations.
You only receive the type you agreed to. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: message frequency may vary.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help: reply HELP for help, or email vj@thedisccoach.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age: you must be 18 or over to sign up for text messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about our coaching and to contact us. Do not misuse it, attempt to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use.
Our content
The text, workbooks, tools and design on this site belong to Coaching Formula LLC or its licensors, including TTI Success Insights for the DISC assessment. You may read and use them for your own purposes but not republish or resell them.
No guarantee of results
Information on this site is general and is not legal, financial or tax advice. Results from coaching depend on the work you put in and on your circumstances. The terms of any program you enroll in are set out in that program's enrollment agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Links
We link to other tools, such as our booking calendar and community platform. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
