Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Coaching Formula LLC, operating as The DISC Coach ("we", "us"), handles information about you when you visit thedisccoach.com or its subdomains, fill in one of our forms, book a call, or receive our emails and text messages.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, role, and the answers you give in applications, quizzes and booking forms.
• Consent records: whether you ticked each text message consent box, the wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
• Basic technical data: the page you came from, campaign parameters in the link you used, your IP address, and standard browser information.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on our forms. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or application and run the calls you book.
• If you ticked the first box, to send you appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices by text message.
• If you ticked the second box, to send you offers, program announcements and event invitations by text message.
• To deliver the coaching you enroll in, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

We only text you if you ticked a consent box, and only the type of message that box names: appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices, or offers, program announcements and event invitations. Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators. The only exception is the messaging platform and carriers that deliver our texts for us (GoHighLevel and its carrier partners), which may use it only to deliver those messages and for nothing else. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of sharing in this policy.

Who we share other information with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us: our customer management platform (GoHighLevel), our email provider (Google Workspace), our scheduling and community tools, and our payment processor. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are in contact or working together, and afterwards only as long as we need it for records, legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices and rights

• Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing vj@thedisccoach.com.
• California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary cookies that make the pages and booking form work, and it may use analytics and advertising pixels (such as the Meta pixel) that tell us which pages and ads bring visitors, so we can improve them. Our booking calendar, provided by GoHighLevel, may set its own cookies when you pick a time. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without analytics cookies. We do not use cookies to collect your mobile number or your text messaging consent.

How we protect your information

We keep your information in reputable, access-controlled systems (GoHighLevel, Google Workspace and our payment processor) that encrypt data in transit with HTTPS/TLS. Only the people who need your information to serve you can access it, accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available, and we review who has access regularly. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Our services and text messages are for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
